About
Whether you’re seeking support, looking to donate, or want to volunteer, there’s a place for you at Agape Hope Haven.
Who We are
Home is where hope begins.
At Agape Hope Haven, we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home and the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Founded by Deidre Price, MSN, RN, our organization was born out of a deep commitment to address homelessness and the systemic challenges faced by women and families in Texas.
With over 19 years of experience in population health management and case management, Deidre saw firsthand the struggles of individuals leaving acute care without the stability of a home. Inspired to create a solution, Agape Hope Haven was established to bridge the gap between homelessness and independence, offering comprehensive support services tailored to each resident's journey.
Deidre is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in population health management. Her extensive career in case management and discharge planning has shaped her understanding of the challenges individuals face in achieving stability after a crisis. Passionate about bridging the gaps in care, Deidre leads Agape Hope Haven with dedication, compassion, and a vision for lasting change.
